   This company deserves negative stars but that’s not an option! I have to say …if you ARE moving and are need of a reputable moving company DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There’s a great article I found filled with complaints regarding “We Love to Move” and instead of me pasting it here, i’ll give you the address so you can read up on it…AND…you should read it so you know what to look out for with OTHER companies. http://www.consumeraff... …check out the complaint from the 61 year old lady!! VERY similar to my experience with them…

   So here it is…This company will:
   A) quote you one price and then give you another upon delivery at which time if you don’t pay, they threaten to drive away with your stuff
   B) the movers are extremely RUDE and bitch the whole time about being there to move in the first place (AND I had an appointment and they were a good three or 4 hours late on account that the grumpy guy didn’t know he was supposed to work and was pissed off that he was moving that day instead of playing with his daughter! NOT my fault)
   C) upon deliver the two movers stacked as much furniture as humanly possible in the elevator to get it up to my floor…and in doing so, they placed my brand new sofa on end which bent the legs and ripped the fabric (from DRAGGING across the floor!)…they placed boxes on top of my beautiful dining table which in turn DENTED and scratched the top piece of wood!
   D) when I complained, the men gave me a complaint form to fill out
   E) I filled it out and had to spend $40 to have the damn thing notorized with my and my roommate’s signitures.
   F) they told me to photograph everything…that’s when I fould out they stole my camera out of my nightstand when they shrinkwrapped it! So I had to BUY a camera to photograph the damage!!
   G) I CERTIFIED mailed the form and the photos and kept calling and calling…I never got the form back in the mail stating they got it and had to go to the post office to search for it…it finally came back to me and the reason stated for the return was a refusal to sign for the documents!!!
   H) I got in my car and drove my ass all the way down into the hood in Gardena to their headquarters which was a little trailer off the beaten path complete with dog on premises.
   I) I waited and waited for over an hour for someone to come and when they finally DID…I HANDED the documents to them and had them sign something saying such.
   J) I complained to the Better Business Bureau AND to one of the news stations regarding the corruption in moving companies and ONLY after speaking with the BBB did I get a notice in the mail from the moving company…with a check for a whopping $50.00!!

   …they said that once I cashed the check their dealings with me were over. I laughed considering how much i’d SPENT trying to get them the damn forms to begin with AND on the camera and damage to my stuff. So for my over $700 worth of damage and paperwork, they deemed the damage to be only worth $50. I photocopied the check and sent it back with a nasty note saying that this was by no means overwith!! It was more the principle at this point lol…

   Anway…long story short…there was nothing anyone could do for me in any way whatsoever!! So after all that footwork and all those headaches…I got NUTHIN’! Not even the $50. Soooo…my lesson to you folks is…go with a REPUTABLE company to handle your most cherished things…the extra cost is so worth it. I HIGHLY recommend Bekins…they’ve moved me twice and have been absolutely FANTASTIC!! And…they move cross-country as well.
