They underestimated my mover by 3000 pounds even though we did a walk through (I was told I would have to pay less 5than what they estimated). They try to beat everyones price up front so they get the job, but after you pay them the initial fee, they drop you like a hot potato and are not available for any more communication. Their movers came 2 days AFTER they were supposed to pick up our stuff. The movers did not know they were supposed to pack and did not have enough helpers, nor enough packing material. A lot of our stuff broke, including our TV. While moving the furniture out of our old home, they damaged the doors , so we have to pay the landlord extra for that. Upon delivery (finally). Again, there was only the driver and his friend to unload and reassemble. In order to get this mover over with, we had to unload and reassemble a lot of stuff ourself (even though we had to pay for full service "of course"). I cannot recommend this company to anyone. If you only have limited resources, and you have to go with the cheapest.... make sure you have some cash extra (you will need it) and be prepared for a lot of unforeseen mishaps.
